Shurjo Energy Pvt Ltd is located over at 69 Tardeo Road. This part of Mumbai has a lot of history and it’s a very central place to be. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at, just a functional space where we get our work done. Tardeo is always humming with activity, and being right on the main road means we see everything that goes on. We’ve been here long enough that the local chai sellers and shopkeepers know us. The work we do here involves a lot of planning and looking at energy projects. It gets busy during certain times of the year, and the office can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in. We try to keep things organized but sometimes files pile up. It’s just how it goes in a working office. We aren't big on corporate meetings that last for hours. We prefer to just chat across the desks and solve things as they come up. The commute to Tardeo can be a bit of a climb depending on where the staff lives, but we make it work. It's a solid area with a lot of character. We don't put much stock in being flashy. Our focus is really on the technical details of the energy business. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we’re a steady bunch. Most of us have been together for a while, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we just get on with it without any drama.
