Our office is located at 182 Hira Manek Co-Op Housing Society, which is at 4/47 Dadi Seth Agiyari Lane in Chira Bazar. This is right in the Marine Lines area of Mumbai. It’s an old part of the city, and the lanes are very narrow and always full of people. Our office is on the fourth floor, and it’s a bit of a climb, but we’ve been here for many years. We work with metals and tubes, mainly serving industrial customers who need specific sizes and materials. The office itself is quite old-fashioned. We have high ceilings and old wooden cabinets that are bursting with records from the last few decades. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We use landlines and paper ledgers more than anything else. Outside, the lane is loud with the sounds of the market, but we find it comforting. We know the other business owners in the building and the guys who deliver tea. Our work is mostly about talking to suppliers and making sure the tubes get delivered to the right factories. It can be tricky getting trucks in and out of Chira Bazar, but we’ve learned how to handle the logistics over time. We aren't a giant company, just a dedicated team that understands the metal trade and likes being in the heart of Mumbai. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to work.
