We are Shreya Mall Management (I) Pvt. Ltd. and you can find us over at 208 "A" Wing in Building No. 3. It's right there in the Khandwla Society on D.M. Road, near the Vakila Bridge in Santacruz East, Mumbai. We've been operating out of this office for a good bit now. Mostly we just deal with the daily stuff that comes with managing mall spaces and making sure things aren't falling apart. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We handle the paperwork, the coordination, and the local issues that pop up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just us catching up on logs. We aren't a huge fancy firm with marble floors, just a regular group of people working in a regular building. If you know the area near Santacruz station or the bridge, you know it gets crowded. That's our neighborhood. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done. People come by the office sometimes to talk about space or maintenance, and we just sit down and figure it out. It’s not always glamorous but it is what we do. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and the commute isn't too bad for the staff living around here. It's a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have visitors, but we make it work somehow. We aren't fancy, just practical people doing their jobs every day.
