You can find us at Shop 24 on the first floor of Vallabh Society. We’re right across from Kailash Towers on the 90 Feet Road in Ghatkopar East. It’s a lively neighborhood, always something going on. We handle vending machines and beverages, which keeps us pretty busy. Most of our day is spent out on the road visiting clients or here in the shop checking the machines. It’s a small space, mostly filled with spare parts and bags of tea and coffee. We aren’t a big corporate chain. It’s just a few of us making sure people get their morning caffeine. The stairs up to the shop are a bit narrow, and it can get quite hot in the afternoons. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our growth has just happened because we’re around and we help people when their machines break down. We’ve known some of our customers for years, and we treat them like neighbors. The 90 Feet Road is always crowded, so deliveries can be tricky, but we’ve figured it out over time. We aren't trying to be revolutionary. We just want to provide a decent cup of tea through a machine that actually works. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the daily tasks. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and we’re proud of the work we do every day. We just stay focused on the coffee.
