Our place is in Malad West, at number 64-65 in the Aditya building. It’s a pretty straightforward spot. We’ve been operating out of here for some time now. Most of what we do involves a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of logistics, I guess you could say. The office is usually humming with the sound of the computers and people talking. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big reception area. It’s just a workspace. We focus on getting the daily tasks done. Sometimes we make mistakes, like anyone else, but we always try to fix them quickly. We don't use big words or try to sound like a huge corporation. That’s just not us. We are just a small team of people who know each other well. We have our routines, like who makes the tea in the morning and who locks up at night. It’s a practical environment. We like the Malad area because it feels alive. There is always something going on outside. Inside, we just keep our heads down and work through our lists. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We just want to keep things simple and honest. If a customer calls, we pick up and talk to them like human beings instead of reading from a script.
