Shree Metal Industries

Our place is over at 2, Ramgopal Industrial Estate (Old) on Dr. R.P.Road. Being in Mulund (West) is good because it is a central spot for many of our neighbors. Shree Metal Industries is basically a big workshop where we handle metal all day. The industrial estate is an older one, so it has that lived-in feel. It is not shiny or new, but the walls are solid and the roofs do not leak much. We show up every morning and get the machines warmed up. There is a specific smell to a metal shop—oil, heat, and raw iron—and we have grown to like it over the years. It feels like real work. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. It is just us. We talk to the suppliers, check the metal, and make sure the orders are ready to go out. The traffic on Dr. R.P.Road can be a headache sometimes, especially when we are waiting for a delivery truck to pull in. But that is part of the job. We have our regulars who have been coming to this estate for decades. They know where to find us. We do not need much else. Just the tools, the material, and enough light to see what we are doing. It is a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way for a long time. It is just how we work.
