Shree Hanuman Steel Traders

You’ll find Shree Hanuman Steel Traders over in the Giriraj Building at number 507. We are right on Sant Tukaram Road, which is pretty much the heart of the steel trade in this city. It’s a busy, dusty place where you’re always dodging trucks. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and a lot of files. We spend our hours talking about steel dimensions and prices with anyone who walks in. The building itself is always full of people, so there’s a constant hum of activity in the hallways. Sometimes we sit out on the landing just to get a bit of air when it gets too stuffy inside. We don’t go in for marketing or big slogans. We just sell steel and try to keep our heads above water with all the paperwork. The Iron Market can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the constant noise of metal being dropped. Still, we’ve been here long enough that we wouldn’t know what to do with ourselves in a quiet office. Our neighbors are mostly in the same boat, so there’s a lot of tea-drinking and chatting when things are slow. We don’t have a website or anything polished. If you need us, you just come to the 5th floor and look for the door with our name on it. It’s a plain way to run a business, but it works for us.
