Shivam Cargo Services

We operate out of A 38 in the Isanpur Gokul Arcade, which is tucked away in Govind Wadi around Andheri East. It is a busy part of town and the traffic can be quite something during the day. Shivam Cargo Services is basically just us handling boxes and making sure everything is labeled right before it goes out. The office is not very large and there is usually a stack of crates sitting somewhere near the entrance. We spend most of the morning sorting through the manifest and figuring out the routes for the day. It is a lot of physical work, lifting and shifting things around. The arcade has its own rhythm and we are just one part of it. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. Usually, we are just wearing our regular clothes and getting the work done. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, especially when it is humid and we have a lot to load into the vans. We have been here long enough that the tea seller nearby knows exactly how we like our brew. It is a practical environment. We do not use big words or have fancy meetings. If a shipment comes in late, we just stay a bit longer to finish it. That is the reality of cargo work in a place like Andheri. You just have to be ready for whatever the day brings and keep moving. It is not always easy but we stay at it.
