We are based over in Sahar Village, at Dmello House on Tank Pakhadi Road. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in Andheri East, right near the airport. Our office is B-1. Being in Sahar means we are right in the middle of everything to do with air cargo and shipping. The roads around here are narrow and always full of traffic, which can make things interesting. Most of our work involves managing shipping documents and coordinating with different agents. It’s a small office, nothing too big or flashy. We mostly just sit here and handle the calls and the paperwork that comes in. Sahar has a very specific feel to it, kind of like a small village stuck inside the big city. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who deliver the mail. The office can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage. It’s a lot of back and forth with the airport terminals. Some days the rain makes it hard to get around, but we still have to get the work done. We don't really use big corporate terms here. We just say what we do and try to help the customers who come by or call. It’s a lot of routine, but shipping always has some surprises for us. We've been at this address for a long time, so we're part of the neighborhood. Just simple people doing shipping work.
