You can find us at Plot No. 204/205 in Konark Shram, right on Tardeo Road. Mumbai is a city that never really slows down, and Tardeo is right in the thick of it. At Sh.Ispat Udyog, we deal with steel, and that’s pretty much been our life for a long time. Our office isn't anything like those high-rise cabins you see in South Bombay. It’s a practical workspace where we manage orders and talk to clients. Dealing with ispat, or steel, means you have to be okay with a bit of grit and hard work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking inventory. The monsoon season always makes things interesting around here, especially with transport and getting materials moved, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a team that’s been together for years, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings to know what needs to be done. We aren't looking to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just provide the steel that goes into buildings and factories. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way. Most of our day is spent making sure the numbers add up and the deliveries are on time. It’s a lot of coordination, but we like the pace. Tardeo is a great place to be based, even if the noise from the street never stops.
