Our office is located at 22 Colaba, inside the New Cloth Market. We are in the Meherzine building, which is right behind that Sizzling China restaurant. If you find the restaurant, you’ve basically found us. Shinde Cool Cab Services is all about getting cars out to people who need them. It’s a busy spot here in Colaba. We have a lot of drivers coming in and out to check their schedules or pick up keys. The office is often a bit noisy with the radio and people talking, but that’s just how a cab business works. We spend our time managing the fleet and making sure the cars are where they should be. It’s a lot of logistics and timing. Sometimes the traffic in Colaba makes things difficult, but we try to plan around it. We don't have a slick website or anything like that, just a reliable phone line and some notebooks to track the rides. Most of our days are spent on the phone or talking to the guys about which car needs service. It’s a practical business. We’ve been behind the restaurant for quite some time now, and most of the locals know where to find us. We just focus on keeping the cabs running and making sure the drivers are ready for the next call.
