Our office is tucked away in E-001 at the New Poonam Complex. If you know Mira Road East, you probably know where Laxmi Park is. We are right behind that in Naya Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood in Thane. Sheth Developers has been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a ground floor unit, so it’s easy for people to drop by. We aren’t in some high-rise building with elevators and security guards checking your ID every five minutes. It’s a more relaxed vibe here. Usually, there’s a bit of noise from the street, but we’re used to it. We deal with property and building stuff mostly. It gets hectic when there are new projects, but we take it one day at a time. The office itself is pretty simple. Just desks, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We’ve known the neighbors in the complex for years. Sometimes we have tea together during the afternoon break. It’s that kind of place. Mira Road has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep track of all the new shops. But we stay right here in Naya Nagar. It’s a convenient location for us. We don’t go for anything fancy. No big marketing budgets or glossy brochures. We just talk to people face to face. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular folks working. It’s a bit crowded sometimes with all the files and maps, but we know where everything is kept.
