Our office for Shell Express Logistics Pvt Ltd is out in Saki Vihar. We are on Ashwanikumar Road, which is right near the Shah Industrial Estate. If you know the area, you know it is always humming with trucks and vans moving in and out. It’s a very industrial part of town, which suits us just fine since we are in the logistics business. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some computers, a few desks, and a lot of logbooks and paperwork lying around. It’s not the kind of place you come to see fancy furniture. It’s where the real work happens. Being near Shah Industrial Estate means there is always something going on nearby. The road outside can get pretty dusty and the traffic is often backed up, especially with the bigger vehicles. We just keep our operations running from this spot. We have a small crew that knows the ropes and doesn't need much direction. We don't talk much about visions or goals; we just focus on getting the shipments moved and making sure the records are right. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in this part of the city. We are just a regular logistics team working out of Saki Vihar, doing what we need to do every day.
