Shams Iron & Steel Corporation

Shams Iron & Steel Corporation is located over at Shop No. 4 in the Navjivan Society. We are right across from the Ansa Industrial Estate on G Saki Vihar Road in Sakinaka. This part of Mumbai is always moving. Dealing with iron and steel means we spend a lot of time with heavy stuff. It's not a clean job, but we've been doing it for years now. We have our regulars who come by the shop when they need specific sizes or just to see what we have in stock. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. Working in Sakinaka can be a bit loud with all the traffic and the factories nearby. We open up early and stay until the work is done. Usually, it's just about getting the orders right and making sure things are loaded up properly. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people just find us because they know the area or saw the sign while driving down Saki Vihar Road. It is a simple operation here. We handle the metal, talk to the drivers, and keep the books. There's always dust in the air and the smell of metal, but that is just how a steel yard is. We like being part of the local community here in Navjivan Society. It's a practical business for people who need practical materials for their projects.
