We are located in the Adharsh Industrial Estate at 112A. This is over in Chakala, on Sahar Road in Andheri East. Being so close to the airport means there is always a lot of noise and movement. You can hear the planes taking off all day long. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up everywhere. It’s a small space for the amount of work we handle, but we have managed to make it work over the years. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, someone will just look up from their screen when you walk in. Sahar Road is always packed with traffic, so most of us prefer taking the local train or the metro to get here. Parking is almost impossible to find. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing away, trying to coordinate everything. It can get a bit chaotic during the busy season, but that is just how the freight business goes. We don't spend any time making the office look fancy because we are too busy keeping track of everything. We are just a group of people working in a crowded industrial estate in one of the busiest parts of Mumbai. It’s a lot of work and long hours, but we are used to the pace by now.
