You can find us at C-603 in the Nilanchal building, which is part of Neeraj City over in Barave Gaon. Rub Tech Enterprises is a small business that focuses on rubber-related products and technical stuff. We aren't some giant factory with hundreds of employees. It’s a modest setup where we can actually keep an eye on everything that goes out the door. We started this because we had a bit of experience in the industry and figured we could do it on our own. It’s been a learning process, honestly. Some days everything goes perfectly, and other days we’re scratching our heads over a technical hiccup. Barave Gaon is a decent place to work, and the building stays fairly quiet during the day, which helps when we need to focus on a design or a specific order. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We just take the rubber materials, do what needs to be done, and make sure the customer gets what they asked for. Our desk is usually covered in samples and bits of material, but we know where everything is. It’s the kind of business where you can call us up and actually talk to the person doing the work. We like it that way because it keeps things straightforward and avoids the usual corporate runaround you get elsewhere. We're just trying to do a solid job and keep the machines running properly.
