You can find us at Plot No 90/51 in Khetwadi, just off C G Road. This neighborhood has always been a hub for metal work, and we fit right in with the other shops around here. We deal with various kinds of metal supplies and scrap. It’s a hands-on business, so the place is usually a bit dusty and full of different pieces of iron, steel, and other materials. We spend our time taking orders, cutting metal to size, and loading up trucks. It’s physical work and it can be quite noisy when the machines are running. We’ve been on this plot for many years now and we have a pretty good routine. Most of our customers are local builders or workshop owners who know exactly what they need. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that; it’s just a workspace where the job gets done. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific part in the stacks, but we usually know where everything is. The air here usually smells like grease and metal, which is just part of the job. We aren't big on talk; we just get the metal weighed and moved. It’s a tough, honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be part of the Khetwadi community where everyone works hard. We close the gates at the end of the day feeling tired but satisfied with the work we finished.
