Shakti Tools Services

Our place is at unit 7/A in the Bhavani Shopping Centre, right there in Malad West. Being on the ground floor makes it easier to move the heavy stuff in and out, though the Mumbai Pune Road traffic can be a real headache some mornings. If you are looking for Shakti Tools Services, you just look for the row of shops that always has a bit of grease on the floor. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but we are fixing tools all day, so that is how it goes. I usually get in early to beat the crowd and start sorting through the repairs that came in the day before. The shopping center is an old building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a flicker in the lights. We do not have any big signs or posters, just our work benches and the parts we need. My hands are usually covered in oil by ten in the morning. It is hard work, and sometimes the machines are stubborn, but we just keep at it until the job is finished. We do not use any complicated systems to track things; we mostly rely on notebooks and our memory. The people around here know us well enough to just drop by when something breaks. It is a noisy, busy life, but it keeps us moving.
