If you know Nagdevi Cross Lane, you know it’s a tight squeeze with all the shops and people moving around. General Hardware Supply Co is right in the middle of it all, over by the Nirmal Lifestyle area. We keep a lot of stock here. Mostly tools, nuts, bolts, and all the usual hardware items people need for construction or fixing things up. It gets pretty dusty with all the metal and boxes moving in and out. The shop isn't big, but we use every inch of the shelves. Usually, it's just a couple of us behind the counter. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. Most of our customers are locals or guys who have been coming to this lane for decades. You come in, tell us what you need, and we go find it in the back or up on the high shelves. Sometimes we have to dig a bit to find the exact size. It’s noisy and crowded, especially in the afternoons when the deliveries come in. We try to keep things organized, but in a hardware store, that’s easier said than done. We’ve been at this for a long time. It’s honest work. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing. Just the name on the door. It’s a bit chaotic, but we know where everything is. That’s just the way we run things here every single day.
