Sara Enterprises Mumbai is located right in the middle of all the chaos of Byculla. We are over at No. 931 in Patra Chawl. Being near the Byculla Railway Station means it’s never actually quiet here. You can hear the trains and the crowds pretty much all day long. We are on NM Joshi Marg, specifically in the 2nd Ex Lane. It’s one of those narrow spots where you really have to watch where you’re walking. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we handle our daily business. We’ve been in this lane for a while, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a tight-knit community in the chawl. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit difficult with the old drains, but we manage. We spend our time answering calls and dealing with the paperwork that comes with running an enterprise in a city like Mumbai. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s the nature of the job. People usually find us by asking around at the station or looking for the landmark. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a small board. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here doing our thing every day. It’s just a normal, hardworking place where we try to keep things moving. We do not have any big corporate goals, we just work.
