Shailesh Tools & Hardware Mart

You can find us on the second floor of this old building at Masjid Bunder West. The address is 16 Narayan Dhuru Street. It’s a crowded area, right across from the Baug Mohammed School. Shailesh Tools & Hardware Mart is where we spend our long days. The street outside is always noisy with carts and people moving stuff around. Up here on the second floor, it’s a bit quieter but still very busy. We have tools stacked everywhere. Sometimes it's hard to find a specific wrench or hammer if we haven't put it back in the right pile. We deal with a lot of workers and contractors who need specific things for their jobs. It’s dusty work and our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the day. R C Dutt Road is right there, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic. We’ve been operating this way for a long time. There’s no fancy showroom here. It’s just a practical space where we sell hardware. We know our regulars and what they usually need. If someone comes in looking for something rare, we might have to dig around for a bit. It’s just how a hardware shop in this part of town works. We aren't doing anything special, just selling tools to people who need them. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders right.
