Our shop is up on the third floor of Bhagwan Bhavan in Chinch Bunder. It might seem like a climb, but we have everything sorted out once you get here. Hardware is what we know. My brother and I have been running this place together for years. We stock all sorts of nuts, bolts, tools, and things you didn't even know you needed until something breaks. The 3rd floor gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but the breeze from the window helps. We get a lot of workers and contractors coming in looking for specific parts for their projects. It’s not a showroom; it’s a warehouse where stuff is stacked high. We know exactly which pile has the brass fittings and which one has the heavy-duty hinges. Moving heavy boxes up and down is just part of the daily routine. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy lights. People find us through word of mouth or because their fathers used to buy from us. We keep our ledgers by hand mostly, though we’re trying to use the computer more now. Chinch Bunder is a busy area, always trucks moving and people shouting, but it’s home for us. We just try to provide what people need without any fuss. If we don’t have a part, we’ll tell you straight. No point in wasting anyone's time when they have a job to finish. It’s just how we work.
