Sesby Global is located in the B Wing of the Dilkush Co-Op Housing Society. If you know Andheri East, you know how Bamanpuri Road can get during the rush hour. It is a bit of a maze getting into J.B. Nagar sometimes. Our office is not a glass skyscraper or anything like that. It is just a standard room in a residential-style building. We have been here in Mumbai for a bit, dealing with the humidity and the constant noise from the street. The 400 069 pin code is our home base. Inside, there are files everywhere and the sound of keyboards. We don't spend money on expensive furniture. The chairs are okay, and the tea guy comes by twice a day. Working in a housing society means we see the neighbors going about their lives while we handle our business. It feels more grounded that way. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to find a place to sit for a meeting. It is a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There is no corporate vibe here, just a lot of work and some casual talk during the breaks. We get the packages delivered to the gate and walk down to pick them up. It is just how we operate. Nothing is too formal. We just try to keep things moving through the day without making a big fuss about it.
