Senior Recruitment

Senior Recruitment is an Indian company. We don't have a specific local street address listed like some other places, but we are rooted right here in the country. Working in recruitment means we talk to a lot of people every single day. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We are just regular people trying to help other people find their way. There’s no big fancy office to describe, just the work we do. India is a huge place, and we try to cover as much ground as we can from wherever we are sitting. Our team is small and we don't use any of those big corporate words. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help. Some days are really busy and the phones never stop ringing. Other days are a bit quieter. We don't have a mission statement or a set of values printed on the wall. We just believe in being honest and doing a fair day's work. It’s a simple way to run things. We’ve seen how hard it can be for folks to find the right spot, so we just try to make it a bit easier if we can. That’s really all there is to Senior Recruitment. We are just here, working away in the middle of everything. It is not glamorous but it is what we do. We just keep trying our best every day.
