Senal Steels

We are located right on Stadium Road, near the Masjid Golden Triangle area. Most days start early here because the steel trade doesn't really wait for anyone. You can usually find us surrounded by stacks of metal and order sheets that never seem to get any shorter. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, especially when there is something going on at the stadium, but we just keep our heads down and get through the list of what needs to be moved. It’s a dusty kind of job, and your hands never really stay clean for more than five minutes, but that is just how it goes when you’re dealing with this kind of material. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us. The mosque is a good landmark for people trying to find the place for the first time. Sometimes the trucks have a bit of a hard time turning in if the road is packed, but we manage to make it work. It is not a fancy setup by any means. There are some old chairs for when we take a break and a desk that has seen better years. We mostly just focus on getting the steel out to whoever needs it and making sure the counts are right before the sun goes down. It is just labor and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Usually, we're just glad when the rain stays away so we don't have to worry about everything getting slick and messy.
