Seema Travels

We have been running Seema Travels out of the Sai Shopping Center for quite some time now. Our office is right there on the second floor, which is pretty easy to find if you know where Jaya Talkies is. That cinema is a major landmark in Borivali West and people usually use it to find their way to us. The shopping center gets really crowded on the weekends, but we are used to the noise by now. We spend most of our day looking at bus schedules and train timings on the computer screen. It is a small office with a few chairs for people to sit while we figure out their tickets. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit longer than we'd like. We handle a lot of different bookings for families going on vacation or people just needing to get home for the holidays. It can get stressful when a bus gets cancelled or there is a delay somewhere, but that is just part of the travel business. We don't have fancy brochures or anything, just our notebooks and the phone. Most of our regulars live nearby in Borivali and they just walk in when they need something booked. It is a simple setup and we like it that way. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much fuss. It is often just me and another person here handling everything.
