We’ve been running Se Freight & Logistics India Pvt Ltd from the second floor of Srikant Chambers for quite some time now. It’s in the B Wing on Siotrombay Road, which is a busy area, but we’ve managed to settle in okay. Most days here are spent dealing with paperwork and making sure shipments actually get where they need to go. It isn't always smooth, honestly. Trucks get delayed, weather happens, or sometimes a form isn't filled out right and we have to fix it fast. That’s just how the freight business works. We aren't some huge, faceless corporation with fancy robots. It's just us in the office, answering the phones and keeping track of containers. We started out small and stayed focused on just doing the job right. People around here know where to find us if they have something heavy or complicated to move across the country. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. If you walk up to the second floor, you’ll see we keep it pretty simple. Just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We try to be honest about timelines because there's no point in making promises we can't keep. It's hard work, and the traffic on Siotrombay Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we like what we do. It feels good when a job finally wraps up without a hitch.
