We are located at 397/6 on Senapathi Bapat Road, right in the Gokhale Nagar area of Pune. If you know Pune, you know SB Road is always busy with traffic and people moving about. Our work involves solar trackers, which are the mechanical parts that help panels follow the sun throughout the day. It is quite a bit of engineering and testing to make sure the sensors and motors are working in sync. The office isn't anything too fancy; it is just a place with computers, some prototype parts, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days troubleshooting software or looking at how the steel frames hold up in different weather conditions. Gokhale Nagar has a good vibe, and we like being in this part of the city because everything is close by. We are a group of people who just enjoy figuring out how to make things work better. Sometimes the trackers get stuck or a component fails during a test, and we have to spend hours figuring out why. It is a lot of trial and error in this line of work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the engineering and hope the results speak for themselves. The rain in Pune can sometimes slow down our outdoor testing, but we just wait it out and get back to it.
