Scorpio Associates

Scorpio Associates operates out of E-16 in the Ansa Industrial Estate on Saki Vihar Road in Sakinaka. If you know Sakinaka, you know how crazy the traffic can be around here. It’s a constant drone of horns and engines outside, but once you get inside the estate, it’s a little bit more contained. Our unit is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for moving things in and out. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be clever with how we use every square inch. We’ve got shelves stacked all the way to the ceiling in some parts. It’s a bit of a maze, but we know where everything is. The lighting isn't the best, but we’ve got enough lamps at the desks to see what we’re doing. We’ve been part of the Ansa Industrial Estate community for a long time. You get to know the guys in the other units, and we often help each other out when someone is short-handed. It’s a busy environment, always someone moving a trolley or a delivery truck trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy front desk. It’s just us in our workspace, getting on with the daily tasks. It’s a bit cramped and noisy, but it’s where we do our best work and it’s served us well over the years without any complaints from anyone.
