You’ll find us on the 3rd floor of the C Wing in Saimahal CHS. We are in Flat Number 14, which is inside the Sai Baba Complex on Ciba Road. Being in Goregaon East, it’s a typical Mumbai spot—busy, crowded, and always moving. Sbm Benefit Nidhi Limited is what we do here every day. It’s an office tucked away inside a residential complex, which actually makes it feel a bit more personal for everyone. We don’t have a big neon sign on the street, but the locals know where to find us. Dealing with money in a place like Mumbai City can be stressful, so we try to keep our office as calm as possible. People from the surrounding buildings come in to talk about their savings or just to check their latest balances. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or filling out long forms by hand. It’s not a high-tech operation, just a reliable one that gets the job done. The lift in the building can be a bit slow or cranky sometimes, so people often arrive a little out of breath, but we always have a chair and some water for them. We’ve been in Goregaon for a while now and we really like the vibe of this neighborhood. It’s a mix of people from all over India, and that makes the work interesting.
