Sbc (India) Petrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. operates out of number 15, Ratnawali. It is on R. J. Marg, near the Pump House in Andheri East. That part of Mumbai is always moving, and we are right in the middle of all that noise. Our office is a very simple place. We have got desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and the usual office supplies scattered around. We are not a massive corporation with a glass skyscraper to show off. It is just a regular building where we come to do our work. Most of the day involves making phone calls and keeping track of various orders. It can be a bit repetitive, but we are used to the flow of it now. The tea guy comes around a few times a day, which is always a good break for us. We do not use a lot of big words or fancy talk in this office. We just say things as they are and keep moving. Sometimes the phones will not stop ringing, and other times it is quiet enough to hear the clock on the wall. We have been in this Andheri location for quite some time now. People in the area know us by name, and we know many of them too. It is a small community in a very big city. We just keep our heads down.
