Dorf Ketal Chemicals is set up in the Shiv Mahima building, specifically in the 'C' Wing, Room 303. This is on Chincholi Bunder Road in Malad West. Being in Mumbai, the humidity can really get to you, but we are used to it by now. We deal with chemical stuff, which sounds a lot more glamorous than it actually is day-to-day. Most of the time it’s just paperwork, checking logs, and making sure the orders are moving along like they are supposed to. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where people come to work every morning. We have some desks, a few computers that probably need an upgrade, and a lot of files. The area around Malad is always moving, so there is never a quiet day outside. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't really go for all that corporate talk because at the end of the day, we are just regular people trying to do a decent job. If someone calls with a question, they get to talk to one of us directly. We don't have those automated phone systems that drive everyone crazy. We just pick up the phone and talk. It keeps things grounded. Sometimes we stay late when the workload gets heavy, but we usually try to get home to our families when the sun goes down.
