We are situated at number 8 in the Mahaveer Industrial Estate. It’s located on the Ramchandra Lane Extension in the Kachpada area of Malad West. Being in Malad means space is always tight and every inch counts. Our unit is part of a larger estate where everyone is packed in together. We deal with petrochemicals, so there’s always a specific scent in the air around our door. It’s a busy environment with people moving drums and loading small tempos throughout the day. The office part is just a small cabin in the corner of the warehouse area where we keep the books and handle the phone. It’s not a place for big meetings or fancy presentations. We mostly deal with logistics and making sure the chemicals are stored and handled safely. The lanes outside are always congested, so we have to plan our pickups and deliveries very carefully. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination every single day. We have a small team of workers who have been with us through the ups and downs of the business. We don't spend money on fancy branding or marketing. We just focus on the inventory and making sure the supplies are moving out on time. It’s a tough business in this Mumbai heat, but we’ve managed to stay in this Malad spot for many years now. We usually eat lunch together in the office.
