We are Ocean Petrospecialities Pvt.Ltd., and our office is at Building No. 2 in the Sonal Link Industrial Estate, right on Link Road. It’s unit number 4. The Link Road is always packed with traffic, so it takes a bit of time to get here in the morning. Our space is filled with drums and samples of different oils and chemicals. It’s not the kind of place you’d want to wear a nice suit to. We spend most of our time checking the quality of the batches and making sure the labels are right. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us handling the day-to-day stuff. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just bricks, concrete, and a lot of product. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we’ve seen businesses come and go in the Sonal Link estate. We just keep our heads down and focus on what we’re doing. The phone rings a lot, and there’s usually someone waiting at the loading bay. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people, we just tell them what we have and when it’ll be ready. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with all the deliveries, but we manage to stay organized enough to get the job done every single day. We don't worry about being polished; we just worry about getting the shipments out correctly.
