Sawant Bandhu Tempo Service operates out of the Triveni Chawl Committee area in Kandivali West. We are on the 2nd Main Road, right near the Talao. If you find the Ramdevi General Store, you are basically there. We have a few tempos that we use to move furniture and boxes for people moving house or shifting their shops. It’s a lot of lifting and driving through tight streets. Kandivali can be a nightmare for driving large vehicles, but we know the shortcuts by now. The "office" is really just a spot where we meet up and keep the keys. We don't have a website or a fancy booking system. Usually, someone just calls us or stops by the chawl to ask if we are free. We aren't a big logistics firm with hundreds of trucks. It’s just a few of us working together. The work is hard and it gets very hot in the summer, but we keep going. We’ve been helping folks in the neighborhood for years. Sometimes the tempo needs a bit of repair, so you might see us under the hood with a wrench or checking the tires. We don't use big words or make huge promises. If we say we will be there at ten, we try our best to be there at ten. It's just local moving for local people, and we try to do it right every time without any fuss.
