Ankit Impex

Our office is tucked away in Savital Sadan, specifically in No. 5-F. It’s on the second floor of the 2nd Dubhash building on V P Road here in Mumbai. If you know V P Road, you know it’s a tight area with a lot of history and a lot of people moving around. We have been at this location for quite some time, running Ankit Impex. The space isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we do. We handle a lot of trading and importing details. There are always boxes and folders sitting around because we are constantly moving things through. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to really worry about that right now. We prefer to just get on with the day's tasks. Sometimes the street noise from V P Road makes it hard to hear on the phone, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small pantry in the corner where we make our own coffee and tea. It’s a very grounded sort of place. No one wears suits here unless they really have to. We are just regular people working in a regular Mumbai office. It can get a bit hot in the summer, but we have our fans going. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day.
