Satyam Packers & Movers

Being over here at 205 Masjid Bunder West is quite something. If you’ve ever walked through this part of town, you know it is always packed with people and trucks. We are Satyam Packers & Movers and our day usually starts pretty early in the morning when the loaders arrive. There are always boxes stacked up somewhere and tape dispensers lying around on the desks. It is a bit of a mess sometimes but that is just how it is when you are moving things for a living. The office is right in the middle of all the noise. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. It is not a quiet job at all. The street outside is usually blocked with some delivery van or another. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the next load to get ready. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much but we just keep going. It is hard work lifting stuff and driving through the traffic here. Masjid Bunder is never still, there’s always someone shouting or a horn honking. We have been in this spot for a bit and we know all the tea stalls around. It’s just us doing the daily work, trying to get the trucks out on time. It isn't a glamorous life but it keeps us busy.
