Impex India Exporter & Importer is found in Unit No 2/3 of the Devdarshan Society. We are located in Santacruz East, right near the Grand Hyatt Hotel. It’s a bit funny being so close to a big fancy hotel like that while we are in a more modest society building, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been operating from this unit for a good while now, focusing on the basics of exporting and importing goods. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. Santacruz East is a central spot to be in, though the traffic near the airport can be a real headache sometimes. Most of our days are spent checking on orders and making sure the transport is lined up. We talk to a lot of different people, from truck drivers to customs officials. It’s a lot of logistics and can be a bit stressful when things aren't moving on time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office; we just want to get the work finished so we can go home. It’s a real, local business and we take pride in just doing a solid job. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby and chat about the day's shipments. It’s a simple life, and we’re okay with that.
