About Sanskriti Interiors & Exteriors – Tourism in Mumbai
You’ll find us in the Salim Compound at Marol Naka, specifically in unit C-21. This part of Mumbai is always packed with traffic and people, and the compound is no different. It’s a busy place with lots of small workshops and businesses all crammed together. We do interior and exterior work, which means our space is usually a mess of samples, tools, and half-finished projects. It’s definitely not a polished office. There are buckets of paint and rolls of wallpaper sitting in the corners, and the floor is usually covered in some kind of dust. We spend a lot of our time traveling to different sites across the city, so the unit is mostly for storage and planning out the next day. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people, find out what they want their place to look like, and then get the materials. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and trying to find the right shades of wood or glass. The noise from the main road is always there, but you stop noticing it after a while. We’ve been here long enough to know how to navigate the compound even when it’s raining and the ground is all muddy. It’s just a normal job where we work with our hands and try to keep things moving. We don't make big promises; we just do the work.
