Sanket Steel

We have been operating Sanket Steel for quite a while now. You can find us at 28/30 Dr Wilsen Street. Our setup is a bit spread out across the building. We have space on the 1st floor and also on the ground floor along Kottunur Main Road. It is really easy to spot us because we are right opposite the Jain Mandir. That temple is a major landmark for everyone around here, so if you are lost, just look for that. Working with steel means things are often heavy and a bit noisy in our shop. We spend our mornings moving stock and talking to people who walk in from the main road. The ground floor area is where we keep most of the bulkier items. It’s not a very polished place at all. We have some old desks and plenty of dust from the street traffic. Dr Wilsen Street gets very busy in the afternoons, making it a bit tough for loading and unloading our materials. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the business well. We've been in this neighborhood for years and know most of the people who live and work nearby. Sometimes we sit out front when it's not too hot. The 1st floor is mostly for our paperwork and smaller items. It’s a bit quieter up there compared to the ground floor. We try to keep things organized, but with steel, it's a constant battle. We stay open until late evening most days. It is just regular work for us.
