Sanjay Fabrication Works

Sanjay Fabrication Works is located at 212/B in the Bt Compound in Malad West. We are near the Poona Medical Store, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Our workshop is usually full of the sound of metal being cut and the bright flashes of welding. It is a hot and dusty place to work, but that is the nature of fabrication. We have stacks of iron rods and metal sheets leaning against the walls. We take on all sorts of odd jobs, from fixing a broken gate to making frames for windows. There is always some project being worked on on the floor. We have been in this spot in Malad for a good number of years. It is a small team here, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. We do not have a showroom or anything like that. You just walk in and see us working. Our clothes are usually stained with grease and iron filings by the end of the shift. We do things the old-fashioned way with manual tools and a bit of sweat. It is hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the roof of the compound. We try to get things done when we say we will, though sometimes a job takes longer if the metal is stubborn. It is just how it goes in a small workshop like ours in the compound.
