We operate out of room 103 in the 29/A Mahada Complex in Goregaon East. It is a busy residential area, and we have been here for a long time. We coordinate cab rides and drivers from this small office. It is not a big corporate dispatch center with flashing lights. It is just a couple of us with our phones and a logbook on the desk. We know the roads in Goregaon and the surrounding areas really well. The complex is always full of activity, with people going about their lives and kids playing nearby. Our office is simple, just some chairs and a place where we keep track of all the bookings. We handle a lot of local trips and quite a few airport runs too. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, especially when it’s raining or during the peak morning hours. We do our best to get a car to everyone who calls us. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. Most people in the neighborhood just have our number saved in their phones. We have lived in this part of the city for years, so we know all the shortcuts. It is a practical business for us. We aren't trying to be anything special; we just want to help people get where they're going. If you’re in Mahada, you’ll probably see us around.
