Salem Steel Industries

Salem Steel Industries has its home at 33, Sindhi Lane. We are pretty close to Alankar Cinema, which most people around here know well. Being in this part of the city means space is a bit of a premium, but we’ve organized the shop to fit what we need. We deal with steel, plain and simple. There is no point in trying to dress it up. Most of our customers are locals or folks who have been dealing with us for decades. We don't have a fancy showroom. What you see is what you get—stacks of metal and some tools to cut or shape it. Sometimes the lane gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we have to help move things along. It’s just part of the daily routine. We don't spend money on big ads because our reputation in the lane is what matters most to us. If you do a bad job, people find out fast, so we just try to be fair and honest. The building is old, and it has its quirks, but it’s served us well. We aren't trying to change the world, just provide the steel people ask for. It’s a basic business run by people who know their material. If you drop by, don't expect a lobby, just a working shop where the metal clangs and the work gets done by hand most of the time.
