Sai Tools Hardware Stores

Our shop, Sai Tools Hardware Stores, is situated in Goregaon East at Gajanan Niwas. We are in shop number 8, which is right across the road from the Jaybharat Industrial Estate. Because of where we are, we get a lot of workers and contractors coming in all day long. They usually need something like a specific size of nail or a new drill bit because theirs broke on the job. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of hardware. It can be hard to move around sometimes if we just got a big delivery of pipes or heavy tools. It’s a bit dusty in here, but that’s just how hardware stores are. We’ve been here for years and have seen the industrial estate change quite a bit. The road outside is always busy with trucks and vans moving goods back and forth. We open up early in the morning because that’s when the work day starts for most of our customers. It’s a simple business. We don't use any fancy computer systems to track everything; we mostly just know where things are by memory. If someone needs a tool, we find it for them. It’s a noisy, busy part of Goregaon, but we like being in the middle of all the activity. We just keep the shelves stocked and help people get what they need for their projects. We don't mind the chaos too much.
