Down in Pannalal Compound in Bhandup West, that’s where you’ll find us. Right on the LBS Marg main road. It’s a noisy spot with all the trucks and cars going by, but it’s perfect for what we do. We have been running these tempos for a good while now. It’s mostly about moving furniture, boxes, or whatever else people need to get across town. We’ve seen it all, from narrow staircases to elevators that are too small for a fridge. The traffic on the way to Mani Majra or around Bhandup can be a real pain, but we just deal with it. Our drivers know the shortcuts, which helps a bit. The office is just a place to park and keep the keys. It’s not fancy at all. We spend more time on the road than inside. People call us when they are stressed about moving house, so we try to just get in and get out without making more trouble. We don't have a big fleet, just reliable tempos that get the job done. Sometimes we’re out early in the morning, sometimes late at night. It depends on when the roads are clear. We don't do big fancy ads. Word of mouth from people in the compound and the local area is how we keep going. It’s hard work, lifting and driving all day, but it’s what we know.
