Sai Sagar Optics

Sai Sagar Optics is located in Chembur East, right along the Surat Sachin Road. We are directly opposite Inlaks Hospitals, which is how most people find their way to our door. Being across from the hospital means there is always a lot of movement outside. We see a lot of people passing by all day long. The shop is small and we’ve filled it up with all the frames and equipment we need. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two or three people are inside at once. We’ve been here for many years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The road can be quite loud with the ambulances and the buses going past. We keep the shop open from morning until late evening. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you usually see the same faces every time you walk in. We don't use any high-tech gadgets for our office work, just the basic stuff that gets the job done. Sometimes the lights flicker when the power is acting up, but we just carry on. We aren't interested in being a big chain store. We like our little corner on Surat Sachin Road. People from the hospital often pop in to ask for directions or just to look around. We keep it simple and just do what we know how to do without making a big fuss.
