Operating out of Vile Parle East, right near the domestic airport, keeps us pretty busy around the clock. Our main office is at number 18. It is a convenient location because we are right where the action is with all the flights coming in and out at all hours. Most of the time, the drivers are out on the road, but this office is where we coordinate everything and manage the bookings. The phone rings a lot, usually people looking for a ride or checking on a car they booked earlier in the day. We have a small space here where we keep the logs and the keys for the vehicles. It is definitely not a fancy office with leather chairs or anything like that. It is more of a functional hub for the business. There is always a bit of dust because of all the traffic moving toward the airport, and the sound of planes taking off is just part of the background noise now. We try our best to keep the cars clean and the schedules tight, but the traffic in this part of town can be a real nightmare sometimes. We know the back routes around Vile Parle pretty well, which helps us get around the worst of it. Sometimes a driver stops in for a quick break and a glass of water before heading back out to the terminal. It is a simple operation. We just focus on getting the cars where they need to go.
