Sagar Steel House

Sagar Steel House is located right on J.P. Road, over at Jawaharban in Four Bunglows. If you’ve walked down this street, you’ve probably seen the stacks of steel containers and pots we keep out front. It’s a noisy spot with all the traffic passing by, but we’ve been at number 7 for a long time. People come in looking for simple things like a new tiffin box or a heavy frying pan that can handle daily cooking. Steel lasts forever if you get the right kind, which is why we mostly stick to the basics that people actually use in their kitchens every day. The shop isn't very large, so things are tucked into every corner. It can be a bit of a maze sometimes when someone asks for a specific size of a storage bin. We spend a lot of time wiping dust off the display pieces because the road outside is always busy. There isn't much of a fancy philosophy here. We just show up, open the shutters, and help whoever walks through the door. Some days are quiet, and other days it feels like everyone in Andheri needs a new kettle at the same time. We don't really bother with big branding or anything like that. It’s just a neighborhood steel shop where you can find what you need for the house without any fuss or complicated sales talk.
