We are located at 203/3 Fort Tarovtti Bhavan, right on the ground floor. Being near Indira Dock means we see a lot of activity every day. It’s a busy area of Fort with people always rushing toward the water or the offices nearby. Our office is easy to find because we’re on the ground floor, so you don’t have to deal with any broken elevators or long stairs. We handle travel bookings and tickets for people going all over. It’s a lot of checking schedules and trying to find the right timings for trains or buses. The office has maps pinned to the walls that are a bit faded from the sun. We’ve been at Tarovtti Bhavan for a long time, and the building has that classic Mumbai character. Sometimes the street noise from the docks is so loud we have to shout over the phone. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routes well. It’s a practical business. We sit at our desks, answer the phones, and help whoever walks through the door. There’s usually a stack of brochures on the table that are a bit dusty. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place where you can get your travel sorted without a lot of fuss. It’s been our home for years and we like it here.
