S L S Tubes Pvt Ltd is located at C.P. Tank 43. If you know the area, you know how tight the lanes are. Getting long tubes in and out of here is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We have to time the deliveries just right or the whole street gets blocked up. Inside the shop, it’s mostly racks of different pipes and tubes. Some are steel, some are other alloys. They all have that cold, metallic smell. I spend most of my day answering the phone and checking the inventory lists. We don't have a big website or anything like that. Most people find us because they’ve been buying from us since forever. The building is old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that doesn't affect the quality of the tubes. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s quiet, just watching the people go by. It’s a very busy part of the city. There is always someone shouting or a horn honking. We’ve gotten used to it. The work is steady. We don't try to grow too fast or do things we don't know how to do. We just focus on the tubes. If someone needs a specific diameter, we go back and look through the stacks. It takes some time because everything is piled up, but we usually find what’s needed. It's just a regular business.
